HOW DO I SHOP?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email that your order has been received. Another email will follow as soon as your parcel has been sent. You will be given a shipping number so you will be able to track your order.

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel the order, please do this immediately by contacting info@forubyMe.com. If the order has already be shipped it can not be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact Me before returning any items. Please email: info@forubyMe.com. We will give you a return address. You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for return shipping costs. Make sure to include contact information with the return and please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case. Refunds for eligible returns or canceled orders will be made within certain days from receiving the return product or day of cancelation. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment received.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
